Step Two: Working With You.

Before getting hired by ARAZAS, we start with test pilot projects with every new partner/staff member. We want to see how you work with others and if you are a match for our corporate culture. Instead of hiring you right into the company, we instead get you involved in our ecosystem of projects that we are working on and let you start to get your feet wet. Over time, we compensated in unique and innovative ways to ensure that you are being looked after financially.
