As the Event Sales Coordinator, you’ll be working on all daily tasks with the Head of Business Development, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. You’ll be responsible for daily reports to all stakeholders, working on data securing new partnerships with local events companies in the Vancouver marketing and selling our event packages to events companies in the Vancouver region.

Ideally, you’ll be in the office 1 to 2 days a week, and working from home the rest of the time. You’ll be a team player and you’ll have a long-term outlook at working with our company. You are taking this opportunity, because you are looking for something you can work on building over the next 5 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cold calling/emailing to 10,000+ local events companies.
  • Calling companies to close new event deals.
  • Managing a sales spreadsheet of new potential clients.
  • Working with existing clients and up selling new services.
  • Promoting our product offerings through social networks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be located in the Greater Vancouver Area.
  • Must be able to work up to 40hrs/week.
  • Must have a computer.
  • Must be have 8+ years of tangible business experience.
  • Must submit a resume and cover letter.

RENUMERATION:

  • Starting salary of $40,000/yr.
  • Bonus after 3, 6, 9, 12 months.
